The idea is to create an easy-to-use yet feature-complete book collection manager. There are others, even open source, but either they are counter-intuitive or lacking features. The interface will be Gnomish, with the dark toolbar, and minimalist.
It will offer to show the whole collection, add favorites/bookmarks, search (by field, or general), etc. It will be able to be Ubuntu One sync'd.
